Community Clean-up

Eight dedicated volunteers came together early Saturday morning to serve the City of Mineola, contributing a total of 16 hours of community service. From 6:30 to 8:30 a.m., the team focused on cleanup efforts in the downtown area and along Pacific Street.

This effort was headed up by Mayor Jayne Lankford, who was joined by Ward II Councilman Jimmy Alexander and volunteers Kyle Herring, Brock Lankford, Tyler Herring, Brody Lankford, Lynnette Wood, and Sarah Lankford. Their teamwork and dedication made a visible difference, and their commitment to keeping our community clean and beautiful is truly appreciated.

Thank you to all who participated — your work sets a great example of civic pride in action!
