The City of Mineola extends its sincere gratitude to everyone who helped make our America 250 & Independence Day Celebration an unforgettable day of patriotism, community, and hometown pride.

From the America 250 Mini Train rides at Iron Horse Square to the afternoon festivities at the Mineola Civic Center and the spectacular fireworks finale, the celebration showcased the very best of our community. Families and visitors enjoyed a full day of activities, patriotic performances, food, entertainment, and opportunities to celebrate our nation's 250th anniversary together.

This event would not have been possible without the dedication and support of our many community partners, volunteers, sponsors, performers, vendors, and civic organizations. Your commitment to serving our community helped create a celebration that brought people together and highlighted the spirit of Mineola.

The City of Mineola would also like to extend a special thank you to the Mineola Volunteer Fire Department for presenting another outstanding fireworks display. Their hard work and commitment to making Independence Day memorable for our community is truly appreciated.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who attended. Seeing families, friends, neighbors, and visitors gathered together, proudly waving American flags and celebrating our nation's history, was a powerful reminder of the strong sense of community that makes Mineola such a wonderful place to live, work, and visit. As we commemorate America's 250th Anniversary, we are reminded that our greatest strength is the people who come together to serve, celebrate, and support one another.

The City of Mineola is proud to celebrate our nation's past while continuing to build a bright future for generations to come.
