The Yoga & Hike event hosted by Emma Brian was a wonderful success! A big thank you to Emma for her generosity in offering this experience free of charge to our community. The Mineola Nature Preserve provided the perfect setting for a peaceful and rejuvenating yoga session, followed by a refreshing hike in nature.
