Gov. Abbott Announces Expanding Most Businesses to 75%; Guidance for Visitation to Nursing and Long-Term Care Facilities; Expanding Elective Surgeries; Bars Remain Closed - Effective 9/21/2020

Governor Abbott issued Executive Order GA-30 on Sept. 17, 2020 expanding the opening of most Texas businesses to 75% capacity. Included in the order are guidelines for opening health care facilities and allowing hospitals to resume elective surgeries and admittance. Bars must remain closed.  The order takes effect September 21, 2020. See Press Release here.
