The Office of the City Secretary will remain open until 5:00 p.m. Mailed applications are filed when received. Applications must be notarized, filed, and certified by the City Secretary by 5:00 PM at the latest. Applications received after 5:00 PM will not be accepted. Applications received before 5:00, but not able to be certified by 5:00 will be rejected.
