Boil Water notice 2/9/2024

**** ATTENTION MINEOLA CITIZENS **** Due to an unfortunate accident with a contractor striking a water line this afternoon, parts of North Mineola are under a boil water notice until the city can get the repairs completed. This affects areas north of Loop 564 -- Walmart, Taco Bell, Whataburger, Golden Chick , and the Angel Pines subdivision. We are working diligently on fixing the problem as soon as possible.

UPDATE: Water is back on now in the area north of Loop 564. Still observe the boil water notice in this area (Walmart area). Water may appear to be cloudy. This is due to air in the line. We will be flushing our lines through fire hydrants throughout the night.
