Diva Du - Women's Run / Bike / Run Event
Join us at the beautiful Mineola Nature Preserve for the 2023 Diva Du.....The Final Party!
Yes, that's right...this will be the last Diva Du. For those that choose to attend the event, we will be throwing in some special swag to mark the end of an era. The Sprint duathlon (1.5 mile run, 6ish mile bike, and 1.5 mile run) will be all on trail and can be tackled in the individual or relay format. *Please note, due to the trail conditions, we have reduced the ride mileage down from our usual 10ish to about 6.5 miles. We will be keeping it clean with an all on pavement 5K or 10K run for those who want to join the fun without a bike involved. Whether or not you choose the dirt, the afterparty will be the same and full of fun! Swag (this list may grow!)

6:30am: Transition Opens (limited packet pickup begins)
7:45am: Transition Closes, Opening Ceremonies (packet pickup closes)
8:00am: Duathlon Start
8:15am: 5K/10K Start
8:45am: Beer and food are served
9:15am: AG award handout begins (approx time)
