Family Fun Day and Charity Auction.

Get ready for a FAMILY FUN DAY at the Historic Select Theater & Lake Country Playhouse on Saturday, February the 5th from 1PM till 5:30PM, followed by our big CHARITY AUCTION!

Admission to the event is FREE, however, donations are very much appreciated! We're raising money to repair our classic neon tower and every little bit helps!
There will be PUPPET SHOWS, SING-A-LONGS, STORYTELLERS, KIDS CRAFTS, GAMES, VENDORS, and the kid's portion of the day will end with a KID'S AUCTION! They get to do the bidding, and go for the items they want...from toys, to books, to lots of fun things! And of course we will have popcorn, candy, hot dogs, and drinks for sale to satisfy those munchies!

Then, at 7PM our big CHARITY AUCTION begins! Again, there is no entrance fee, but donations are accepted! We have been collecting lots of great stuff, from movie memorabilia, to antiques, to record albums, to collectibles...and even furniture! A portion of the proceeds will go to the Kindness Kottage because we believe in giving back and helping others in need!

So come on out and have a great time with us as we do our best to save the 1948 Neon Tower! We don't have a DeLorean, a flux capacitor, or an electric storm to generate 1.21 gigawatts...and we don't intend to go 88 miles per hour, but we have something better. We have you, our patrons and friends, and together, we can SAVE THE NEON TOWER!!
