MLK Day 100-Car "Unity In the Community" Caravan & Service

At 10:00 a.m. on January 18, 2021, the Mineola Community will come together in unity to remember Martin Luther King, Jr. with a 100-car caravan from East Highway 80 in Downtown Mineola to the Mineola Civic Center, located at 1150 N. Newsom, where an outdoor service will be held at 10:45 a.m. The purpose of the event is to unite and strengthen the Mineola Community in love. 

Attendees are asked to remain in their vehicles throughout the service and can tune their car radio to station KMOO 99.9 FM for audio of the service. An outdoor public address system will also be used. If attendees leave their vehicles, they are asked to wear a mask and to social-distance for health concerns. To-go refreshments will be distributed.
