Savor on the Bricks - Mineola Chamber of Commerce

On May 16th at 6:00 PM, we are excited to kick off Mineola’s Sesquicentennial Spring Fling Week with Savor on the Bricks. Our first ever long table dinner will take place on N. Johnson Street adjacent to the Chamber, running down the bricked street to the corner of Johnson and Kilpatrick. Guests will dine on five courses prepared by Chef Tyler Brown of Fusion in the Woods, Seth Bowdoin of Seth’s Lake Fork Creek, Brandy Akins of Cafe Ü, and Bryan Mendez of Bryan’s Cheesecakes. We are so excited to showcase top Mineola culinary talent as we continue the sesquicentennial celebration and raise funds to repair flood damage that occurred at the Chamber in late 2022. While ticketing for Savor will be limited, it will be a luxurious night to remember for those in attendance and we hope to make it an annual event. We hope you will join us!
