SESQUICENTENNIAL COSTUME CONTEST: "Fashion Through the Decades "
Part of Spring Fling! Downtown Mineola!

Open to men, women, and children with awards for each category.

$5 entry fee

Fashion may be from any decade 1873-2020

Register contestants in Downtown near the Gazebo starting at noon.

Contestants will be issued a number (like at a car show) and can receive votes for People’s Choice for a window of time during the day of the event – May 20, 2023, 12:00-3:00.

The Best Dressed winner will be selected by judges based on originality of costume, detail and accessories.

Music will be played from the decade you choose to represent while you present to the judges so put on your dancing shoes!

Best Dressed Representation of Time Period Man
Best Dressed Representation of Time Period Woman
Best Dressed Representation of Time Period Teen (13-19) Best Dress Representation of Time Period Child (12 and under)
