Trash Pick-up Time Change

Dear City of Mineola Water Utility Customer,

Beginning Monday, July 11, 2022 residential garbage pickup will begin at 6:00AM. Please have your garbage out by the curb no later than 6:00 AM on your normal pickup day.  You may also place it out the night before.  All household garbage should be in bags, whether or not it is in a container. 

This latest heat wave has taken a toll on our waste collection workers who are running eight and nine hour routes in 100+ degree temperatures.  This altered schedule will begin Monday July 11 and end after Friday September 2, 2022.
